THE MAIN COMPONENTS
To accomplish these goals, BasicVoIP leverage its capabilities in three main areas:

• The Integrated e-Commerce Platform. – Designed and developed by BasicVoIP, our Integrated e-Commerce Platform combines the latest in Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) technology and the robust feature functionality of traditional telecom services.
  
  It also allows for the full management and administration of telecommunications products and services. Customizable from Man-Machine Interface (“MMI”) to the products and services it offers, its modularity allows it to adapt to any market environment from the perspective of regulation, product offering and pricing.
  
  This modularity also allows control over the structure of the business. Either if you decide to be a BasicVoIP reseller or a whole new Telecom/VoIP player, BasicVoIP’s Integrated e-Commerce Platform provides the multilevel framework to do just that.
  
  

• The Global Network. – Robust and reliable to terminate calls around the world, our network is operated by BasicVoIP’s operations team based in Dallas, TX and Monterrey, Mexico. Since it started operating 6 year ago, it has terminated 750 million minutes. Three of those years include commercial retail VoIP experience.

• The Research & Development (“R&D”) Team. – The main driver behind our Innovation, this team delivers Investment Protection by continuously exploring and developing the next generation of telecommunications products and services for our platform and Network, maintaining them in the leading edge of the market. The R&D team also test and certifies any device and software that connects to our network to assure an excellent customer experience in terms of quality and functionality.
