HOW DO WE COMBINE ALL THOSE CAMPABILITIES, FEATURES AND SERVICES?
We have defined 5 distinctive elements that conform what we call a “Product”. These elements are:

1. Service: It is the “backbone” of the Product. It usually provides the name to the Product.

2. Device: Could be Hardware or Software.

3. Calling Plan: The Calling Plan could be measure by several parameters:
  • Outbound/Inbound,
  • Limited/Unlimited,
  • Promotional,
  • Seasonal.
4. Phone Number: Some Products will work without them (i.e. Calling Cards).

5. Add-In: These are primarily Value-Added features. Some can be marketed as standalone Products such as Voice-Mail and Fax.
